JNC Cross-Flow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower

The JNC cross-flow closed circuit cooling tower has passed the Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) certification (Certification Code: C28B-09R02), the CCTI performance certification of the China General Machinery Industry Association, and the “Energy-Saving and Water-Saving” certification of the China Quality Certification Center. It won the Second Prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award and is suitable for areas with severe airborne dust and high water quality requirements, or process systems in which the fluid must not be contaminated.

The JNC cross-flow closed circuit cooling tower adopts vertical serpentine coils, high-efficiency energy-saving waterproof motors, aluminum alloy airfoil fans, and high-efficiency fill. It features low air resistance, high water load on the coils, efficient heat exchange, a compact and stable structure, an attractive appearance, and convenient drainage; multi-directional coordinated high-load cooling, with air and water flowing in the same direction, provides anti-scaling and dust suppression. The single-unit circulating water flow rate ranges from 50 m³/h to 473 m³/h, and single or multiple units can be combined freely, allowing quick and convenient on-site installation.
